What information from client is neccessory for correct quotation?

How to connect with gas source?
Buyer prepare gas bottle, then connect our machine directly with
hose will be ok. We leave a hole on the machine for gas connect.
What kind of air compressor shall we use?
Small air compressor with 30L gas tank, and supply 0.6-0.8Mpa air
pressure will be ok.
Shipment term?
1. We ship under FOB or CIF by sea usually.
2. This machine is small, it can also be send by express, or by
air.
Payment?
40% prepayment before production, balance before shipment.
Lead time?
7-15days after prepayment.
Do you test machine before shipment?
